Though sometimes called "orange giants" or "Spanish giants," there are other species (such as Porcellio laevis and Porcellio magnificus) that are definitely larger. This is one of our most prolific breeders, if not the most. Like all of the P. scaber morphs, they are tolerant of a wide range of humidity and ventilation, but do not seem to thrive when conditions are very dry. They also like protein, andcould potentially harm smaller species of frog and salamander in bioactive setups. They will do great with larger species, though.
